The Access Points are designed to provide a comprehensive approach to career planning and job search services in order to better assist you with finding employment as quickly as possible.
Comprehensive and Neighborhood Access Points provide the following services:
-Job Search Assistance
The San Francisco Access Points system can assist you at any one of our sites located throughout San Francisco. For more information, including a calendar of events and workshops, visit our Access Points Locations and Hours page or download the Access Point flyer.
- What services are available at the Access Points?
The Access Points provide employment based services to job seekers that include job search techniques, career counseling and job search assistance. Calendars with workshops and events for each site can be found on the Access Points Locations and Hours page.
Registration allows you greater access to the Access Point. Essentially, you become a member of the system and are then able to access services at any of the Access Points located throughout San Francisco. For more information visit our Access Points Locations and Hours page.
Yes, the Comprehensive and Neighborhood Access Poinhts are available to assist you with finding full-time employment. Access Point Staff will provide guidance on how to register with HIRESF.org and to search through and register with other online job search engines. Also, staff will assist individuals with identifying whether they will require job readiness and/or life skills workshops prior to receiving placement assistance services.
An Access Point Career Advisor will assist you with identifying a variety of training programs to enroll in based on your eligibility to receive those services.
